The index covers campuses that entered service since 2021 or are under construction, approved, announced or proposed. Each campus has a profile page with status, grid region, utility, power supply, announced and expected megawatts, annual energy, gas burn, a 1-to-4 bolt impact rating, a confidence grade and linked sources.
